Keeping things fun and fresh with this citrus packed Basil Lime Gin + Tonic. Fresh basil, tangy lime juice and incredible tonic syrup, all mixed with your best gin. Super easy, refreshing, a touch sweet, and extra pretty too.

Juice of 1 lime
1 spring basil
1 tsp Sin-ko-nah Tonic Syrup
150ml soda water
Pour the gin, lime juice and Sin-ko-nah Tonic Syrup into the highball glass. Add the basil and muddle for 30 seconds.
Fill 3/4 of the way with ice cubes. Fill the remainder of the glass with tonic. Garnish with a bunch of basil and a slice of lime.
