The perfect cocktail for any hump day.
5 min Cooking Time, Serves 2
3 hulled strawberries
1 spring mint leaves
1 tsp honey
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Sin-ko-nah Tonic Syrup
150ml soda water
Extra fruit and mint to serve
In a cocktail shaker add the strawberries, blueberries and mint leaves. Muddle until the berries are macerated.
Add the tequila, honey, lemon juice, Sin-ko-nah Tonic Syrup and 1 cup of ice. Give it a good shake.
Stain into a glass of crushed ice and top with soda water. Garnish with more berries and mint.
