Coffee + Pink Grapefruit Icy Poles

A flavour combination you wouldn't have though would work, but boy does it! Incredibly tangy, it is a powerful hit of citrus and coffee.




INGREDIENTS

5 min + 5 hrs Cooking Time, Makes 6


  • 700ml pink grapefruit juice*

  • 2 tsp Ko-Fe Tonic Syrup

  • Maple syrup, to taste

  • 1/2 grapefruit, sliced


*You can also use cordial or a blood orange soda.


METHOD

  1. In a jug, mix the pink grapefruit juice and Ko-Fe Tonic Syrup. Add maple syrup to taste and place in icy pole moulds along with a slice of pink grapefruit.

  2. Freeze until frozen, about 5 hours.

To make this an extra special treat for the adults, serve in a glass with 1 shot of gin topped with soda. ; )
