1/4 cup maple syrup
1 orange, zested and juiced
4 Anzac Biscuits
Ice -cream to serve
Cut the persimmons into bite size pieces and place in a bowl with the maple syrup, the juice and zest of an orange. Mix
Place on a lined baking tray and and bake for 1/2 hour in a 180°C oven, basting throughout.
Serve warm with ice-cream and crumbled Anzac biscuit.
