Orange + Maple Baked Persimmons with Anzac Biscuit Crumble


40 min preparation time

  • 4 persimmons

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 orange, zested and juiced

  • 4 Anzac Biscuits

  • Ice -cream to serve


  1. Cut the persimmons into bite size pieces and place in a bowl with the maple syrup, the juice and zest of an orange. Mix

  2. Place on a lined baking tray and and bake for 1/2 hour in a 180°C oven, basting throughout.

  3. Serve warm with ice-cream and crumbled Anzac biscuit.
