We are so happy that the weather has started to warm up. It means that we can start have smoothie bowls without freezing out hands off!
20 mins Cooking Time, Serves 1 + 10 extra bliss balls
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 packet Bake Mixes Raw Cocoa Bliss Balls Mix
1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries, chopped
For the smoothie
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp frozen açai fruit puree
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
Nuts, we used hazelnuts
In a large mixing bowl add the maple syrup, oil and Bake Mixes Raw Cocoa Bliss Balls Mix. Mix together until well combined. Stir through the freeze dried strawberries.
Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Refrigerate. To make the smoothie bowls.
Combine the strawberries, açai, yoghurt and milk in a blender. Puree until smooth
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top strawberries and nuts. Break apart and crumble 2 bliss balls and serve immediately.
